I move between places. The work has to fit in a bag.

I’m Canadian. I split time between Latin America and the United States. I go to Europe and Asia when the calendar allows. That only works if the operating stack is small.

eCommerce, payments, and health companies do not need a new tool every time I change a city. They need someone who answers, a bank that settles, and notes that are readable the next morning.

I pack a laptop, a charger, and a list. If a process cannot survive that, it was theatre.
