Most of my time goes into making things that help someone else get something done. Some of it is short and practical. Some of it is slower — reading about healthspan, trying to stay useful without making noise.

The split is deliberate. Steady days leave room for curiosity. One is operational. The other is patient.

I’m Canadian. I split time between Latin America and the United States, and I travel to Europe and Asia as often as the calendar allows.
